Delete your Pokerazo account
Pokerazo is a play-money game for adults (18+). No real money is wagered, won or paid out: chips have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or exchanged.
In the app
- Open Pokerazo and sign in.
- Go to Profile and find the Account card.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Leave your table first, withdraw from the tournaments you are registered in, and close or transfer the clubs you host: the app tells you if one of these is in the way.
Without the app
Write to soporte@pokerazo.app from the email address of the account you play with (Google, Apple or email), with the subject “Delete my account” and your player name. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your player name and your sign-in identity (the link to your Google, Apple or email sign-in).
- Your friends, club memberships, pending invitations, push-notification addresses and notification settings.
- Your chips, shop items, Table Time, vouchers and equipped frame leave your account: they are held for you, under an irreversible code, and come back if you sign in again the same way (the same Google, Apple or email account). Chips and vouchers have no cash value and are not refunded.
What is kept
An irreversible code of your sign-in (it cannot be turned back into it) with your chip balance, shop items, Table Time, vouchers and equipped frame, so that signing in again with the same account gives them back. The hands you played and the records of chip movements and purchases stay, tied to an anonymous account that only the same sign-in can reopen: other players’ hand histories and our accounting depend on them. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires. If you want even that code erased, say so in your request and we will erase it, with the balances it holds.
