Terms of Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Pokerazo is a play-money game for adults (18+). No real money is wagered, won or paid out: chips have no cash value and cannot be cashed out or exchanged.

These terms are the agreement between you and TENIKO LLC, a company based in Puerto Rico, United States (“we”, “us”), about the Pokerazo app, its game server and its website (“Pokerazo”). By creating an account or using Pokerazo you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Pokerazo.

Pokerazo is a play-money game. No real money is wagered, won or paid out, and nothing in it can be turned into money. Section 2 says what that means.

1. Who may play

2. Play money only: no real-money gambling

3. Your account

4. Purchases and refunds

5. Playing fairly

To protect the game we may ask you to pass a check, verify your device, sit you out, block real tables for a time, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund.

6. What you post

7. Clubs and hosts

8. Our property and copyright

Pokerazo, its name, logo, art, sounds, software and everything in it belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial play; you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it. If you send us ideas, we may use them freely. If you believe something in Pokerazo infringes your copyright, write to soporte@pokerazo.app with a description of the work, where it appears, your contact details and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act; anyone who knowingly makes a false claim may be liable for the damages and costs it causes.

9. Other companies’ services and links

Pokerazo works with services of Google, Apple, Firebase, Cloudflare and others, and may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices; please read their terms, and follow those that apply to you (for example the stores’ and your mobile carrier’s).

10. If you use Pokerazo on an Apple device

11. Ending

You can stop using Pokerazo at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these terms or the law, or if we discontinue the game. Virtual items are play money with no cash value: they are not paid out or refunded when an account ends, except as the law or the store’s rules require.

12. “As is”

Pokerazo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or secure, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Some places do not allow some disclaimers, so some of this may not apply to you.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we and our owners, employees, contractors and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the loss of virtual items, profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Pokerazo, other users’ conduct or unauthorized access. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$50 if that is more. This does not limit what the law does not allow to be limited, and your rights as a consumer under mandatory law remain.

14. Your responsibility to us

To the extent the law allows, you will defend us and our owners, employees, contractors and providers against, and compensate us for, any claim, loss, damage, fine or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that arises from your breach of these terms or the law, from what you post or share, from your misuse of Pokerazo or of another player’s account, or from any bet or arrangement for money you make around a Pokerazo game. We may take over the defence of such a claim at our own cost, and you will cooperate.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, write to us first with your player name and what happened: we will try to solve it within 30 days, and you agree to try that before going to court. If we cannot, disputes go to the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico (you may also use a small-claims court where you are entitled to). To the extent the law allows, you and we each bring claims only on our own behalf, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated or representative action, and any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose. Mandatory consumer laws of where you live still protect you, and consumers in the EU and UK may also go to the courts of their country.

16. Changes

We may change these terms or the game. We will try to give you 30 days’ notice, in the app or by email, of important changes; using Pokerazo after they apply means you accept them, and if you do not accept them you can delete your account.

17. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Pokerazo. If a part is unenforceable the rest stays, and not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer your rights under them. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English one prevails, unless the law of where you live requires otherwise.
